The firm

TLMG was one of the first firms in Europe to work on culture in professional services, and it has advised law firms, audit and consulting firms and the boards of companies across Europe ever since. The firm was founded in Vienna in 2016 as The Legal Minds Group by Alexander Fruehmann, who worked at the intersection of management, law, strategy and organisational systems psychodynamics.

With generative AI, the work itself began to change: the work clients are paid for, the way they train their people, and what their partners understand themselves to be. Culture could no longer be understood without it. To work on this with the depth it requires, Dr Fruehmann co-founded Singularity.Inc in 2025, a state-of-the-art AI solutions firm, together with Dr Christian Oehner, former PwC partner and global head of legal tech, and Dr Vinicius Ferraz, AI and machine learning scientist and former head of AI at a leading German consultancy.
