Dr Alexander Fruehmann, LL.M., EMC Founding Partner
Alexander is an expert in leadership and culture strategies. He works with professional services firms, executives and teams globally. Alexander has worked with firms like Baker & McKenzie and Deloitte and was M&A partner at a leading Austrian boutique law firm. At Red Bull, he was the Head of General Legal for Europe, Russia and CIS, managed legal operations in 48 countries and worked on the company's global legal strategies.
Alex studied change and systems psychodynamics theory at INSEAD Business School (EMC) and law at YALE Law School and the University of Vienna (JD, LL.M., PhD). His has a deep interest in how behaviors, emotions and psychodynamic processes drive and block individual effectiveness, innovation and organizational performance within complex adaptive systems. Alexander founded TLMG with the firm conviction that only those firms that embrace and truly understand the human and systemic dynamics within their organization will set the standards in the future.

Els Boonacker, LL.M., EMC Associate Advisor Change and People Dynamics
Els is a partner at Voxius in Amsterdam and cooperating with TLMG as an associate advisor whenever a project demands a multi-perspective approach. Els is all about finding modern human-centered ways of working at professional firms and re-imagining business models in a way that truly use the huge potential of collective talent and motivation. She focuses on female leadership, diversity and inclusion as well as change dynamics on individual and organizational level.
From her career as an M&A lawyer at leading law firms in the Netherlands and New York, and Head of HR and Head of the Management Team at one of Europe's top law firms, De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, she gained in-depth experience in the full spectrum of the strategy, HR, culture, change and operations of a professional services firm, as well as learning the different perspectives across roles. Els combines result-orientation with a high capacity for personal connection.
Els' preferred state of being is "active". She loves challenging herself in Obstacle Course Racing and other sports and obviously spending time with her two kids, Emilie and Jesse.

Sandra Weigl Client Success Manager Project Management and Tech
Sandra is a dynamic and passionate client advocate with 10+ years of experience in the Legal, Accounting, and SaaS space. A born troubleshooter and creative problem solver, she assists TLMG in facilitating the backstage client onboarding process and in supporting the smooth execution of internal and external projects, ensuring alignment with organizational tactics and the client's strategic objectives.
Multi-disciplined with a background in accounting and a certified teacher, Sandra has studied digital business and software engineering at the Management Center Innsbruck (MCI). She has extensive experience developing training sessions and conducting webinars and workshops at all organization levels. Sandra has extensively travelled the world, with extended stays in the US, Croatia, Bali, Columbia, Bulgaria and the Philippines.
Matias Cortes, LL.M. Advisory Board Global Leadership
Matias Cortes is a global advisor and one of the preeminent experts on regulatory and government affairs within FMCG. Matias joins projects as executive advisor when an project requires a multi-national perspective and when the feedback of a global executive is of the essence. Matias looks back at a decade of insight into complex decision making processes. For more than 15 years, he has been consulting organizations worldwide in designing regulatory strategies and dealing with government and public affairs matters. Matias has worked and lived in Austria, Brazil, Australia and Argentina. Until 2019, he has been Global Head of Regulatory and Government Affairs and Global Policies at Red Bull. Matias is based in Los Angeles and a partner at Foodwit, a global regulatory advisory firm.
Mag Petra Hoeller Advisory Board Finance and Operational Excellence
Petra serves TLMG as executive advisor if a project requires a sound financial and economic assessment. She has helped customers in returning to profitability for more than a decade. Strongly believing in direct impact, she has developed a financial restructuring model which provides for a turnaround within 100 days. Petra has worked for global corporations like Ernst & Young in senior management roles in Europe and Africa and has further led successful projects in Asia and North America. Since January 2017, she has been advising clients all over Europe through her own consulting company, Tachyon Consulting Group.
